If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 15 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. A return received after 15 days will be returned to you. Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% service fee. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned; however, in the event that you item arrived damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost.
